Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment for our services, the client owns the final deliverables for their specific project. However, Webleap Tech retains ownership of any pre-existing code, libraries, and proprietary methodologies used during development.
Limitation of Liability
Webleap Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
